Copartner is not your typical agency. It’s a digital media collective designed to bring together talented freelancers under one unified brand — without compromising their independence.

How did it all begin?

For years, we’ve been taking on freelance projects, often collaborating with others as if we were already part of the same team. One of us handled the front-end, another the backend — and just like that, we shipped full-scale digital products. We realized: the structure was already there, just without a name.

So, what did you build?

We created a home for all those collaborations. A brand freelancers could attach to their work — not as employees, but as creative equals. Copartner is a shared identity, a trusted label, and a space to evolve.

Why build it this way?

Because something changes when people feel ownership. The projects we’ve built under Copartner became more thoughtful, more conceptual, and more collaborative. The quality improved, not because we imposed structure, but because we gave it meaning.

What’s your role in Copartner?

I co-founded and lead the initiative. I designed its visual identity, developed the website, and helped shape its internal culture and voice. But more than that, I helped transform a way of working into a platform others can proudly call their own.

What’s the outcome?
